THE CHALLENGE:
A European MedTech manufacturer needed urgent clinical data to complete their CE Mark certification under the new EU-MDR requirements. The waiting lists for elective surgeries in the EU were causing an estimated 12-month delay.
THE CROTURK SOLUTION:
We identified and contracted high-volume surgical training and research hospitals in Turkey, where surgical throughput is significantly higher. We managed the entire ISO 14155 compliance process and TİTCK (MoH) notifications.

CASE STUDY 3: Finding the Needle
High-Precision Recruitment for a Rare Pediatric Condition

THE CHALLENGE:
A Biotech sponsor was struggling to find patients for a highly specific pediatric rare disease study. Traditional recruitment methods in decentralized EU healthcare systems were yielding no results.
THE CROTURK SOLUTION:
Leveraging Turkey’s centralized healthcare database and reference hospital system, CROTURK mapped out the specific patient clusters. We collaborated with key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in pediatric neurology to identify eligible patients directly from their registries.
